The great and glorious God is near
I should him forever fear
He is awesome, great in power
His grace to me is like a shower
How precious did that grace appear
The hour I first believed

Mighty God, you love me so
You're near me always, this I know
Through you I know I've been blessed
And one day will come into your rest.

O fill my heart with your Holy Spirit
So badly do I need it
It wills me to obey your will
So help me to get my fill

How can I thank you for all you've done?
You gave me new life through your son
Daily are your mercies new
So I will always praise you

You've given me a brand new day
To glorify you in every way
I'm eager to go and obey
